Rosa Mystica is a private community app that helps devotees organize prayer gatherings, communicate within their groups, volunteer to host, and receive community updates. This policy applies to the Rosa Mystica mobile app and this website.

2. Information we collect

We collect information that you provide when you create and use your account, including:

• Your name, email address, phone number, home address, and optional profile photo.
• Your group membership, gathering responses, hosting requests, and hosting details.
• Notices, comments, and messages you choose to share in the app.
• Support requests and any screenshots you voluntarily attach.
• Device and notification identifiers needed to deliver app notifications.

3. How we use information

We use this information to operate the app, authenticate accounts, organize gatherings, display relevant group information, send confirmations and reminders, enable group communication, respond to support requests, protect the service, and comply with applicable obligations.

4. Who can see information

Your address and contact information are visible only to members of groups you have joined. Content you post—such as notices, comments, and messages—is visible to the applicable group. Coordinators may review notices, manage memberships, organize gatherings, and perform other administrative functions for their groups.

5. Service providers

We use trusted service providers to operate essential parts of the app, including account authentication, database storage, email delivery, notifications, app distribution, and hosting. These providers process information only to provide their services to Rosa Mystica. We do not sell personal information and do not use personal information for third-party advertising.

6. Retention and account deletion

You may delete your account from the Profile screen in the app. Account deletion permanently removes your profile, contact information, memberships, RSVPs, messages, notices, and comments from the active service. This action cannot be undone. Limited residual copies may remain temporarily in security logs or backups where reasonably necessary for service integrity, legal compliance, or fraud prevention.

7. Security

We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards designed to protect personal information. No method of electronic storage or transmission is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

8. Your choices

You may review and update your profile inside the app, control notifications through your device settings, leave a group, or delete your account. You may also contact us with questions about your information.

9. Children’s privacy

Rosa Mystica is intended for members of its devotional communities and is not directed to children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal information without appropriate permission, please contact us so we can review and remove it.

10. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as the app changes. The effective date above will be revised when material changes are published.
