1. Agreement to these terms
By registering, signing in, or using Rosa Mystica, you agree to these Terms of Use and Community Standards. If you do not agree, do not create an account or use the service.
2. Zero tolerance for objectionable content and abusive conduct
Rosa Mystica has no tolerance for objectionable content or abusive users. You may not post, send, request, promote, or distribute threats, harassment, bullying, hate speech, sexual or exploitative material, graphic violence, illegal activity, impersonation, fraud, spam, or another person's private information. Conduct intended to intimidate, exploit, endanger, or repeatedly disrupt another member is also prohibited.
3. Content safeguards
We may use automated filters, member reports, coordinator review, and developer review to detect and restrict prohibited content. These safeguards do not replace each member's responsibility to communicate respectfully. Attempts to evade safety protections may result in removal or account suspension.
4. Reporting objectionable content
Use the visible options menu beside a message, notice, or comment to report it. Reports are sent to Rosa Mystica for review. If anyone is in immediate danger, contact local emergency services; an in-app report is not an emergency service.
5. Blocking abusive users
You can block and report another user from the content options menu. Their content is removed from your view immediately, and the report is sent to Rosa Mystica. Blocking does not prevent Rosa Mystica from retaining the report or content when reasonably necessary to investigate safety concerns.
6. Our moderation commitment
We review reports of objectionable content within 24 hours. When a report is substantiated, we will remove the offending content and may warn, suspend, remove, or permanently eject the responsible user. We may take immediate action when needed to protect members or the service.
7. Member responsibilities
Keep your account secure, provide accurate information, respect the privacy of other members, and use reporting tools honestly. Do not misuse reports, attempt to evade a block or suspension, or access a group without authorization.
8. Changes and termination
We may update these terms as the service changes. We may restrict or terminate access for violations of these terms, safety risks, unlawful conduct, or misuse of the service.
